For many of our long-standing guests, Oystercatcher holds a special place in Swallow Tree's history. Before becoming the luxury holiday accommodation it is today, this unique building served as the park's restaurant, where countless families gathered to enjoy meals, celebrate special occasions and create cherished memories.
Following careful planning and transformation, the building began its next chapter as Oystercatcher – a spacious, self-contained coastal retreat designed to offer comfort, privacy and spectacular sea views. While its purpose may have changed, it continues to bring people together and remains a place where lasting holiday memories are made.
A Unique Coastal Escape
Tucked away in its own private corner of the park, Oystercatcher offers a sense of peace and seclusion that many guests instantly fall in love with. Surrounded by private gardens and enjoying uninterrupted sea views, it combines the feeling of a luxury coastal home with all the convenience of a holiday park stay.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples travelling together or multi-generational holidays.
The spacious open-plan living area is flooded with natural light thanks to its impressive 16-foot-wide sliding patio doors, which frame the stunning coastal outlook and provide direct access to the extensive patio and garden areas.
Every detail has been carefully considered to create a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The contemporary kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, featuring stone worktops, an American-style fridge freezer, double side-by-side ovens, six-ring gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room, along with direct access to the patio through sliding doors. A second twin bedroom also opens directly onto the patio and gardens, while the third bedroom offers versatile zip-and-link beds, its own en-suite shower room and television, making it ideal for older children or additional adults.
