Stay active during your visit in our peaceful, well-equipped fitness suites. Perfect for an early-morning stretch or an energising workout after a coastal walk, the space offers a relaxed environment where you can exercise at your own pace and in your own time.

Each suite includes a selection of cardio and resistance equipment for a balanced, full-body workout, along with Smart TVs, Google Alexa and air-conditioning to keep you comfortable and motivated.

Our quiet gym in Saundersfoot is ideal for users who enjoy a little privacy while keeping up their fitness routine. A gym induction is provided for new members to ensure you feel confident and safe using the equipment.

Casual users are welcome to use our gym fitness suites on a pay-as-you-go basis at a charge of £4 per session. No induction is required however a disclaimer and health questionnaire must be completed and signed before use. Our gym suites are available for 16's and over.
